Russian missile attacks on November 15 caused Ukraine direct losses of at least $500 million — Chairperson of the Parliamentary Committee on Finance Hetmantsev:

"According to our estimates, the attack on November 15 caused from half a billion to a billion dollars in direct losses to our country's economy," said Danylo Hetmantsev.

In addition, this amount does not include indirect losses associated with emergency power outages.
