Russia uses a strategic stockpile for some types of weapons — the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine

Russia also uses missiles manufactured in August 2022. 

According to the representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, Vadym Skibitskyi, "some missiles are used directly from the assembly line". 

According to the intelligence, Russia is currently negotiating with other countries on the supply of ammunition and missile weapons for MLRS "Smerch" and "Uragan".
