Russia plans to submerge six ferries in front of the Kerch Bridge to protect it

Russians intend to sink at least six ferries and install boom barriers to protect the Kerch Strait Bridge.

This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine.

Between the ferries, the Russians will install a barrier of booms - special surface vehicles used to restrict water traffic.

In this way, they hope to protect the bridge from drone attacks. Currently, the Russians are preparing a second ferry for flooding.

"The Kremlin demanded that the bridge, serving as a critical supply artery for Russia’s invasion forces, be ensured against further strikes by Ukraine," the intelligence report said.

It will be recalled that the Head of the Security Service of Ukraine, Vasyl Maliuk, told how the Ukrainian military had attacked the Kerch Bridge twice.
