Russia is trying to populate the temporarily occupied territories with Russians

Russia continues to try to populate the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine with Russian citizens.

The National Resistance Centre reported this.

The Russian authorities have introduced compulsory state insurance and promised Russians compensation in case of loss of housing in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to which they could move.

For this purpose, they have launched a mortgage programme in these territories for Russians.
