~Russia illegally detains 25,000 Kremlin prisoners

According to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, this is the number of civilians abducted by the Russian Federation.

During the full-scale invasion, the National Police began investigating the enforced disappearance of 8,800 people.

The Media Initiative for Human Rights has identified about a hundred places where abducted civilians are held.

The Mission of the President of Ukraine in ARC confirms 182 illegally imprisoned Ukrainian citizens, 60% of whom are Qırımtatarlar.

During the full-scale war, 2,576 Ukrainian citizens were returned to Ukraine, including 144 civilians.

On July 24, Danylovych was taken from Qirim to Krasnodar Krai to be transferred to one of the Russian colonies. 

Her father, Bronislav Danylovych, told Suspilne about it. 

Before the transfer, she was not provided with medical care, despite a significant ear condition.

To recap, Danylovych is a civil activist detained in April 2022. Since then, the woman has been held in captivity and without medical care, which has caused her to develop an ear condition. "The 'court of first instance' sentenced Danylovych to seven years in prison on trumped-up charges of explosives possession. The 'court of appeal' reduced the sentence by one month. 

Now the Russians want to take her to a penal colony for imprisonment. The whereabouts of the prisoner are unknown.

On July 26, a court in Rostov-on-Don held the first hearing in the case of the Aidar POWs and extended the term of their illegal detention until November 13.

This was reported by the Graty media outlet. 

The case against the POWs first became public in October 2022. At that time, the "prosecutor's office" of the illegal armed group "DPR" stated that it had submitted the case against 18 members of the Aidar unit to court. The militants fabricated terrorism charges against the POWs.

At the court hearing, the Russians announced the list of all the accused: 

The court extended the period of their detention but made no other decisions.

In July, Izzet Abdullaiev arrived at the prison in Dmitrovgrad, Ulyanovsk region, and Tofik Abdulgaziiev was transferred to the prison in Verkhneuralsk, Chelyabinsk region.

To recap, both prisoners have been in Russian captivity since 2019. The Russians fabricated terrorism charges against them. In May 2022, a Russian court illegally imprisoned them for 12 years in the case of the so-called Simferopol (Aqmescit) Second Group of Hizb ut-Tahrir. 

The court also ordered the Qırımtatarlar to serve the first year of their sentence in the prisons where they had been sent.

The Russians hold Khyliuk in colony No. 6 or No. 7 without formal grounds. 

This was confirmed by Reporters Without Borders. 

Khyliuk worked as a correspondent for UNIAN. His parents lived in Kozarovychi, Kyiv region. At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Russian military occupied the village and abducted Khyliuk and his father. Later, the Russians took them to Dymer, where the father was released. After the Russian retreat from the Kyiv region, the abducted journalist was taken to Novozybkov. 

Reporters Without Borders spoke to the released prisoners and discovered that he stayed in Novozybkov until May 2023. Then he was transferred to the Vladimir region. 

He may be held in penal colony No. 6 or No. 7. During the year and a half of his captivity, the Russians have not brought charges against Khyliuk, although they acknowledge his detention.

Khyliuk's family last received a message from him in early June. He said he was "in prison in Russia" at that time.

Ibragimov spent one year in the colony out of the 17 years he was supposed to serve. During this time, his health deteriorated.

She and her children came to the Ryazan region to see her husband. 

The children have not seen their father for six years since the Russians detained Ibragimov in 2017. To recap, Russian security forces fabricated charges against him of belonging to a terrorist organisation. In 2020, a Russian court illegally imprisoned the Qırımlı for 17 years. 

In 2022, he was transferred to a colony in the Ryazan region. Ibragimov was poorly fed there, which caused his body weight to decrease significantly. In addition, he developed a new disease — cholelithiasis. 

Besides, the prisoner has only one eye - he lost the other before his imprisonment. In the colony, his eyesight has significantly decreased.
