Russia brought about two thousand Russian mobilized troops to the temporarily occupied areas of the Kherson region — General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The temporary occupying "authorities" of the region announced the evacuation of so-called "banking institutions." The Russians also prepared evacuation lists of Russian medical workers and teachers who had been brought into the region. In temporarily occupied Kherson, humanitarian facilities stop working.
