Poland’s Law and Justice Party Leads in the Elections
The party, led by Jarosław Kaczyński, has received 40.17% of the vote. The Civic Coalition party of former Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk is in second place with 26.55% of the vote. The results of the Third Way party are 13.66%, New Left - 8.34%, and Confederation - 7.35%.

Kaczyński says that the exit poll results indicate a victory but admits that it is not yet known whether Law and Justice will be able to form a government again.
"We don't know yet, but we have to hope. Regardless of whether we are in power or in opposition, we will implement this plan in different ways and will not allow Poland to be betrayed," he added.
The leader of the Civic Coalition party, Donald Tusk, called the predicted results "a victory for Poland and democracy".
According to the website of the Election Commission, as of 12:40 a.m., Law and Justice is leading in the elections to the Polish Senate (upper house of parliament) with 38.61% and in the elections to the Sejm (lower house) with 39.32%. The Civic Coalition has 25.98% and 26.98% respectively.
According to the opposition TVN24 channel, the Ipsos sociological company, which conducted the exit poll, presented a possible distribution of seats in parliament. According to the poll, Law and Justice will receive 200 seats, the Civic Coalition will receive 163 seats, the Third Way will receive 55 seats, the New Left Wing will receive 30 seats, and the Confederation will receive 12 seats.
