PMC "Wagner" is trying to recruit Russian prisoners for the war in Ukraine

The private military company plans to recruit more than 1500 convicts. However, many prisoners refuse to participate in hostilities on the territory of Ukraine. 

They also recruit Tajiks, Belarusians and Armenians in the army reserves of their countries.
