On the outskirts of the liberated Izium, a mass burial of soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was discovered

The burials were found next to the cemetery, where people who died from shelling or natural causes during the Russian occupation were buried.

About 20-25 bodies of military personnel were found in the mass grave. The exact number of the buried is unknown. It is also not known who is buried in the nearby graves.
