On October 21, the Russian army attacked no less than two regions

Sumy region: Russians fired six times at the border. The Bilopillia, Yunakivka, Shalyhyne, Esman, and Znob-Novhorod communities came under attack.  

Dnipro region: the Russian army attacked Nikopol and the Marhanets community with heavy artillery and drones. A private enterprise, two residential buildings, a garage and a solar panel were damaged. One person was killed.
