On November 9, Ukraine liberated 12 settlements in the Kherson region — Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Valerii Zaluzhnyi also said that since October 1, Ukrainian troops had advanced up to 36.5 km in the Kherson sector. He added that during this time, the Armed Forces had already regained control over 41 settlements.

The Commander-in-Chief stressed that he could not confirm or deny the information about the so-called "withdrawal" of Russian troops from the temporarily occupied Kherson.
