On January 19, the European Parliament adopted a resolution to establish a tribunal for Russia for the crime of aggression against Ukraine

The decision was made at the meeting, according to a Svidomi journalist.
Four hundred seventy-two deputies voted “in favour”.
The document condemns Russia's aggressive war against Ukraine and calls on Russia to immediately cease all military operations in Ukraine and unconditionally withdraw all forces and military equipment from the entire internationally recognised territory of Ukraine.
The resolution also emphasises the need to investigate Alexander Lukashenko and the political and military leadership of Belarus, as the country also falls under the crime of aggression.
