On January 19, Russians began deploying air defence systems in Moscow. In particular, such installations were spotted on the building of the Ministry of Defence and a building in Taganka

A number of Russian media reported on their installation, and OSINT analysts Michael Borowitz and Oliver Alexander identified them as Pantsir S-1 air defence systems. 

Russian authorities have not yet commented on the installation of air defence systems on buildings in Moscow.
