On January 19, President of the European Council Charles Michel visited Ukraine, meeting with Ukrainian soldiers at a rehabilitation centre in Kyiv

"Impressed by the courage of the veterans in the EU-funded rehabilitation centre in Kyiv. Ukraine is invincible," he wrote. 

The President of the European Council also met with Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

"Meaningful talks with President of the European Council Charles Michel. Ukraine and the European Union have already achieved significant results in our historic rapprochement. We are working to achieve even more," Zelenskyy wrote.
