On February 21, a trilateral meeting between Ukraine, the EU, and NATO will take place

These are the first talks in this format.

This is confirmed by the announcement on the NATO website.

The meeting between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, NATO Secretary General, Jens Stoltenberg, and EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, will take place at the NATO headquarters in Brussels.

In January 2023, NATO and the EU published a third joint communiqué, which indicates the deepening of relations between the two organizations. At the same time, the EU includes neutral countries (Austria, Ireland, and Malta), which complicates such cooperation.
