Ombudsman of Ukraine appeals to the UN and the International Committee of the Red Cross regarding the video of Russians executing a Ukrainian soldier

Ukrainian Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets reported this.

"We need to do everything possible to ensure that the perpetrators are punished for every war crime! And also to ensure that this case is recorded in all reports of international organizations," wrote Dmytro Lubinets.

In particular, Lubinets sent a video to the world's ombudsmen asking them to continue lobbying in their countries to support Ukraine.

 "This is content for a domestic audience to strengthen anti-Ukrainian narratives in society," the ombudsman wrote.

It will be recalled that Russian propaganda media spread a video showing the execution of a Ukrainian soldier.

President Zelenskyy reacted to video of Russian military executing Ukrainian soldier.

"The world must see the video of the execution of a Ukrainian captive. This video shows Russia as it is. We are not going to forget anything. Neither are we going to forgive the murderers. There will be legal responsibility for everything," Zelenskyy said.
