North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un seeks to build strategic relations with Russia

On June 12, Russia celebrates a public holiday — the anniversary of the adoption of the Declaration of Sovereignty of the Russian Soviet Socialist Federal Republic. On this occasion, Kim Jong-un sent congratulations to Putin and expressed his desire to strengthen cooperation.

This is evidenced by a statement by North Korean propaganda.

Kim Jong-un announced his intention to further develop strategic relations with Russia and "hold hands firmly" with Putin.

"Justice is sure to win, and the Russian people will continue to add glory to the history of victory," the North Korean dictator said.
