More than five countries want to implement an analogue of Diia in their countries — Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov in an interview with Radio Liberty.

Diia is a state mobile application and web portal in Ukraine where electronic documents of Ukrainians are stored, where you can start a business, take part in a government survey, and receive other public services.

"We are communicating on the implementation of Diia in these countries. These are several European countries, Asian countries, and African countries," said Fedorov.

The minister said that since February 24, 2022, more than two thousand Russian cyberattacks have been officially recorded, but many attacks are not recorded, so the actual number is much higher.

The Russians are trying to get into the registers that store citizens' personal data, energy resources, and information systems related to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Defense. 

"But so far, they have only managed to attack the websites of some small communities," says Mykhailo Fedorov.

The minister announced the introduction of a medical information system in every military hospital. It will digitise the process of entering information about a soldier, but "not all stakeholders in this process are ready for transformation yet."
