It is published on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs first called on the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court and partners to urgently deploy investigators and experts to the site to document evidence of Russian war crimes and bring the perpetrators to justice.

Dmytro Kuleba emphasized the need for the US to recognize Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism and for other countries to recognize Russia as a terrorist state. In addition, the minister called on the international community to condemn Russia for its inhumane attacks on Zaporizhzhia and to increase pressure by introducing new tough sanctions.

Kuleba also urged partners, in particular the USA, the UK, Israel, Germany, Norway, and France, to urgently provide Ukraine with modern air and missile defense systems. Finally, Dmytro Kuleba called on countries that maintain a neutral position regarding Russian aggression against Ukraine to immediately send their representatives to Zaporizhzhia, where they will be able to spend the night in residential areas and experience everything that they cover up with their neutrality.
