Minister of Defenсe of Ukraine Oleksii Reznikov believes that Russia will launch a new offensive by February 2023

"They are spending at least three months on preparations. That is, they are trying to start the next wave of the offensive, probably in February, like last year. This is their plan," Oleksii Reznikov said in an interview with The Guardian.

The minister also believes that Russia will continue to mobilize its citizens and calls this tactic of Russian commanders as a "meat grinder".
