Kosovo's President claims that Wagner mercenaries are cooperating with Serbian paramilitaries — Vjosa Osmani in a conversation with The Telegraph
Kosovo's President Vjosa Osmani says that Russian mercenaries from the Wagner PMC are helping Serbian paramilitaries prepare a potential attack on their country.
The cooperation between the Russian PMC and the Serbs consists in smuggling weapons and unmarked military uniforms into Kosovo.
According to the head of Kosovo, Serbia's preparations are similar to Russia's annexation of Crimea in 2014.
"They bring weapons and uniforms but are not formally part of the Serbian army. It is because Serbia wants to achieve its goals without calling it a military operation," Osmani said.
She adds that Serbia's goal is to "prepare the situation for a possible annexation not through a traditional military operation, but through a hybrid attack."
