Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant is completely destroyed

Ukrhydroenergo reports that the plant is not repairable. According to the preliminary estimate, the reservoir is expected to drain within four days.
As of 9 a.m. on June 6, the water level in the Kakhovka reservoir is rapidly decreasing.
Ukraine's Prime Minister claims there is a threat of up to 80 settlements being flooded due to the Kakhovka HPP explosion.
The head of the Kryvyi Rih City Military Administration, Oleksandr Vilkul, says that 30% of the city's water is supplied from the Karachunivka reservoir. The remaining 70% comes from the Kakhovka Reservoir through the Pivdenne Reservoir. A list of technical measures has been implemented to ensure the city's life in emergencies.
