Joe Biden supports cancellation of Ukraine's NATO Membership Action Plan

US President Joe Biden supports cancelling Ukraine's NATO Membership Action Plan (MAP).

This was reported by the Spanish edition of EFE.

Cancellation of the MAP means that Ukraine will not have to fulfil a multi-year programme of conditions to show that it has implemented the reforms necessary to join the Alliance.

Earlier, Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that NATO countries had shaved off the Membership Action Plan for Ukraine.
