It will take ten years to demine the Luhansk region — the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Haidai, during a national telethon

He notes that, first of all, demining will be carried out on the main roads and critical infrastructure.

According to the head of the RMA, there are many unexploded shells, rockets, and mines in the region, and Russians conduct remote mining.  

He assured that Ukraine was negotiating with international partners and organizations on demining, particularly with Croatia.
