International group calls on Iran to agree to arbitration over downing of Ukrainian PS752 plane

The foreign ministers of Ukraine, Canada, Sweden and the United Kingdom have called on Iran to agree to arbitration over the downing of the PS752 jet by two surface-to-air missiles. In a joint statement, they called the launch illegal and deliberate.

The Coordination Group to Assist the Victims of Flight PS752 will continue to make efforts to bring Iran to international responsibility.

To recap, on January 8, 2020, Iran shot down a passenger plane of Ukraine International Airlines Boeing-737 flight PS752. All on board were killed: 176 people, including 167 passengers and nine crew members.
