In the temporarily occupied Enerhodar, Zaporizhzhia region, Russians are limiting the supply of heat and hot water to homes

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, there is a shortage of specialists at the nuclear power plant after mass dismissals, so the Russians are forced to hire people without education or experience. 

Also, recently, the Russian military has become more active in looting in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region, particularly in the town of Oleshky. Vehicles are a particular target of Russian attention.
