In some regions of Ukraine, there are problems with Internet access due to missile attacks - the expert group NetBlocks

The most significant disruptions are in Mykolaiv and Khmelnytskyi regions. The Internet connection works only at 28% and 29% in these regions. 

There are also low figures in Rivne and Volyn regions.
