In Poland, local ultras attacked Ukrainians because of their nationality

In early August, 17 people beat two men from Ukraine. Six people were detained.

The press service of the Polish police reports. 

The incident took place on August 1 in Kamieniec Ząbkowicki in Poland. The attackers were armed with batons, sticks, pipes, and machetes. 

The police did not disclose more details but clarified that the reason for the attack was only the nationality of the victims. The Polish TVP 3 media outlet writes that the victims were Ukrainians.

The victims were 2 men aged 18 and 44. The Polish fans also stole 4,000 zł from them.
