IAEA conducted an inspection at the Chernobyl NPP
On November 22-24, the International Atomic Energy Agency conducted an inspection at the Chornobyl NPP and the Central Enterprise for Radioactive Waste Management.
According to the results of the mission, the IAEA will upgrade technical equipment at ChNPP and the Central Enterprise for Radioactive Waste Management.
On November 23, during the massive shelling of Ukraine, the inspectors witnessed the de-energization of the ChNPP industrial site and the transfer of facilities to the emergency power supply system from diesel generators.
