Hungarian President Novák during her visit to Kyiv: Putin's responsibility for the war is obvious

She is the most senior Hungarian politician who visited Kyiv during the full-scale invasion. 

However, the presidential post is mostly representative and does not have significant executive powers.

Hungary will provide transportation of 10 tons of Ukrainian grain, Novak said speaking at the International Summit on Food Security in Kyiv.

She added that Hungary fully recognizes the territorial integrity of Ukraine and condemns the full-scale invasion.
