Russians continue forced displacement of civilians in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region. 

In addition, the Russian army resorts to intimidation of civilians, spreading information about a possible explosion of the Kakhovka hydroelectric dam. At the same time, the local population is deprived of means of communication.
