G7 countries will create a coordination mechanism to help Ukraine restore infrastructure
This is stated in the G7 statement posted on the website of the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The G7 Foreign Ministers of Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, and the High Representative of the European Union, announced their willingness to contribute to the restoration and modernization of Ukraine.
G7 countries are establishing a G7 coordination mechanism to help Ukraine repair, restore, and defend its critical energy and water infrastructure, the statement said.
The ministers said that the G7 countries would impose sanctions against the Russian Federation and other countries, individuals, or entities providing military support to Moscow, particularly against Iran.
