FSS receives order to kill Prigozhin

The Main Intelligence Directorate has confirmation that the Russian special service has been instructed to eliminate the head of the Wagner PMC.

The head of the MID, Kyrylo Budanov, stated this in an interview with The War Zone.

At the same time, Budanov is not sure whether the Russian security forces will be able to carry out this order. "In any case, all assassination attempts will not happen quickly. They will need some time to establish the necessary approaches and reach the stage when they can conduct a large operation," Budanov said. 

He also said that Wagner's base in Belarus will be used for logistics support of their operations in Africa. Earlier, it became known that PMC facilities were being built in Belarus, where the company moved after the June 24 coup.
