From February 24, Ukraine received about $23 billion in international financial aid.

The Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, announced it. 

4,8 billion is from the European Union and 8,5 billion is from the United States. 

“With these funds, we finance critically important budget expenditures. In particular, payments to state employees, pensioners, IDPs, subsidy recipients, we support the capacity of communities," noted Shmyhal.

He also added that Canada issued 500 million Canadian dollars worth of five-year government bonds.
