Explosions occurred in the city of Klinsk in the Russian Federation — the governor of the Bryansk region of Russia Alexander Bogomaz

The city is located 50 kilometers from the border with Ukraine. 

Bogomaz says that Russian air defense allegedly destroyed the missile. Its remains allegedly fell on the territory of an industrial zone. 

Instead, local residents claim that the fire started on the territory of the military unit. The 488th Guards Motorized Rifle Regiment of the Russian Army is stationed in Klintsy.
