During the year of the large-scale invasion, Russians launched almost 5,000 missile and 3,500 air strikes on targets in Ukraine.
They conducted almost 1000 more strikes using UAVs — the Head of the Operational Department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Brigadier General Oleksii Hromov.
Russia continues to launch missile strikes and use kamikaze drones to target critical infrastructure deep inside Ukraine.
"Due to the beginning of the 'high-precision missile hunger strike', the enemy is once again using X-22 air-launched anti-ship cruise missiles, the so-called 'aircraft carrier killers', to destroy the homes of civilian Ukrainians," said Hromov.
He also added that all Russian actions are monitored and recorded.
"Six enemy aeroplanes and two helicopters were 'cancelled out' in February alone. In addition, we shot down 80 cruise missiles and 84 UAVs," he added.
