Dmytro Kuleba: Ukraine is preparing steps to prove the illegality of Russia's presence in the UN Security Council

According to Kuleba, Russia is a permanent member of the UN Security Council "without proper legal grounds for this and as a result of a fraudulent scheme that took place 31 years ago".

"Ukraine is now preparing for official steps that will prove Russia's illegal membership in the Security Council and launch a political process that should lead to depriving it of this seat," the minister said.
