Dmytro Kuleba calls on Germany and the US to provide Ukraine with long-range Taurus and ATACMS missiles

Ukraine's Foreign Minister has called on Germany and the United States to provide Ukraine with Taurus and ATACMS missiles.
Dmytro Kuleba wrote about this on his social media.
The Minister assured that Ukraine will use them exclusively within its borders.
"Long-range missiles have proved crucial. This is why Taurus and ATACMS are essential for Ukraine's success, and we ask partners to provide them as soon as possible. [...] The longer the missile range, the shorter the war," Kuleba wrote.
Earlier, the German newspaper Spiegel reported that the federal government was exploring the possibility of transferring Taurus missiles to the Ukrainian army from Bundeswehr warehouses in the upcoming months.
Reuters also reported this, citing its own sources. The article said that the German Ministry of Defence had asked the manufacturer to program the missiles for shorter distances so that they would not reach Russia.
Subsequently, Bild's own sources told the media outlet that the German government was not preparing to provide Ukraine with long-range cruise missiles. A spokeswoman for the German Ministry of Defence told the newspaper: "There is no new information regarding the Taurus cruise missile."
