Disagreements within the Kremlin are growing, undermining the appearance of stability of the Putin regime - ISW

The Institute for the Study of War reports that a member of Putin's inner circle directly criticized the Russian president's "significant military shortcomings" during the war in Ukraine. 

Other officials linked to the Kremlin have noted that criticism of Putin's mishandling of the war and mobilization is growing.

The UK Ministry of Defence intelligence also reports that "following Russia's continuing failures on the battlefield over the past two weeks", the Russian Ministry of Defence leadership is increasingly coming under criticism.

The British Ministry of Defence notes that the military command of the Russian Federation is criticized by Kadyrov, Prigozhin, Russian military bloggers, as well as propaganda TV presenters and even pop stars.
