Chinese opera singer Wang Fang performed the Russian song "Katyusha" on the ruins of a drama theatre in temporarily occupied Mariupol.

Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Oleh Nikolenko reported this.

Nikolenko said the woman arrived in temporarily occupied Mariupol with a group of Chinese bloggers.

"Their arrival is illegal. It grossly violates the legislation of Ukraine that regulates the crossing of the state border by foreigners," Nikolenko wrote.

The day before, the leader of the illegal armed group "DPR," Denis Pushilin, announced the arrival of this group in the city.

Ukraine is waiting for explanations from China about the purpose of the group's arrival and their "way of getting" to the temporarily occupied city. Ukraine is also initiating a "ban on the entry of all Chinese "touring" groups to Ukraine."
