Biden determines that the US will not provide ATACMs to Ukraine for now

This was stated by US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, according to Voice of America journalist Ostap Yarysh. 

At the same time, Sullivan stresses that this issue has not been taken off the table in the future.

It also became known that US House Speaker McCarthy declined to Host a House Forum for Zelenskyy.

As a result, the President of Ukraine was unable to deliver a speech to all members of Congress.

"We don't have time for a joint session. So, I did exactly what I've done with the prime minister of Italy, the prime minister of the UK. I always bring when leaders come in, I bring a bipartisan group of leadership together," said Kevin McCarthy.

It will be recalled that Zelenskyy had a closed meeting with the US House of Representatives and Senate in Washington.
