As a result of Russian shelling, almost half of the energy system has been disabled

Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal announced it. 

“Only on November 15, Russia fired approximately 100 missiles at Ukrainian cities. Almost half of our energy system is out of order”, said Shmyhal.
