Another Russian torture chamber discovered in de-occupied Kharkiv region

In de-occupied Liptsi, operatives found a place where Russian military had been torturing local residents.

Civilians who refused to cooperate with the Russians were illegally detained in the premises where the so-called "people's militia" of the illegal armed group of the "Luhansk People's Republic" was located.

The Russians used brutal torture against the prisoners and then deported them to Russia.
