The police have identified 19 of the 23 people who died as a result of Russian missile strikes on Vinnytsia

Among them are three children: a 4-year-old girl and two boys - 7 and 8 years old.

Eight people are missing.

183 victims sought medical help, and 82 of them were hospitalized. Four children are among the wounded.
