Antonio Guterres: The UN is launching a "fact-finding mission" regarding the events in the Olenivka penal colony

The UN Secretary General noted that the organization receives requests from the Russian Federation and Ukraine to conduct an investigation into the events in Olenivka. Guterres also clarified that the facts obtained as a result of the mission wouldl be passed on  to Ukraine and Russia.
