Ukraine is looking for an alternative to the International Committee of the Red Cross — Dmytro Lubinets in an interview with Radio Liberty
The Ombudsman says that, in addition, Ukraine expects the reformatting of the International Committee of the Red Cross and requires changes in its activities.
"Even if there are two organizations in the future, even if the International Committee of the Red Cross finally shows its effectiveness, two organizations are better than one," Lubinets said.
