Two Ukrainian embassies abroad, except for the Embassy of Spain, receive letters with "very specific threats" — Dmytro Kuleba

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine says this is a "purposeful large-scale campaign against Ukraine abroad". 

"This is a new form of terror," Kuleba said. 

The minister did not specify what other countries he was talking about.

On November 30, an explosion occurred at the Ukrainian Embassy in Madrid. The Prime Minister of Spain and the Ministry of Defence had received letters with explosives.
