The pace of military operations may increase in the next few weeks — ISW

Due to bad weather conditions, there is a certain slowdown, but as the temperature drops and the ground freezes, the speed of operations will increase.

Ukrainian and Russian military updates indicate that operations are hampered by heavy rains and mud. This is a section of the frontline in eastern and southern Ukraine, including Svatove, Bakhmut and Vuhledar.

It is unclear whether either side will conduct offensive or counter-offensive actions
