The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine responded to Russia’s readiness for negotiations with Ukraine “without preconditions”

Despite the statement of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Aleksandr Grushko, regarding the inadmissibility of the conditions of the withdrawal of Russian troops from the territory of Ukraine, the spokesman of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Oleh Nikolenko, noted that the Russian Federation is currently unable to dictate the terms for negotiations.

“Ukraine’s peace formula remains unchanged: an immediate end to the war, the withdrawal of all Russian troops, the restoration of Ukrainian territorial integrity, compensation of the damage caused, and the provision of effective guarantees for the non-repetition of aggression,” the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine emphasized.
