The International Boxing Association has allowed Russia and Belarus to return to the competitions

The board of directors voted to cancel its previous decision and allow boxers from Russia and Belarus to compete.

The national teams of Russia and Belarus will be able to perform under their flags, and in case of their victory, the national anthems will be played. In addition, technical judges from both countries will also be back in the competitions.
